Accommodations

Please do not book accommodations at this time. The majority of guests will be able to stay at the venue for free as we’ve booked exclusive use of the property for the duration of the weekend. However, there will not be enough rooms for everyone to stay on site. Please wait for us to reach out soon and let you know if you will have your accommodations taken care of, or if you will need to find a nearby hotel or Airbnb.

Flights & Transportation

We recommend booking your flights into Florence (Florence Airport Peretola - FLR) and then taking a 45-minute train to the nearest stop or a taxi directly to the venue. You can also book a rental car as there will be plenty of parking at the venue.

Timeline

Please take into account transportation time to and from the airport when planning your travels. Guests will be able to check into the venue starting at 3pm on Friday the 11th and the Welcome Party will begin shortly afterwards. Guests will be required to checkout by 10am on Monday the 14th.
